ActionHabit Terms of Use

These Terms of Use describe the public use of the ActionHabit website and the ActionHabit app in their currently documented form.

They particularly cover informational access to the website, account- and login-based product access inside the app, and optional premium functionality delivered through Apple In-App Purchases.

In the current product state, normal app usage is tied to an account.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the use of your account.

If you believe unauthorized access has taken place, please contact support.

Premium functionality is currently provided through Apple In-App Purchases.

Payment handling, billing, and cancellation-related account management are processed by Apple and the systems connected to your Apple account.

The public website does not invent prices or availability claims that are not reliably present in the product context.

ActionHabit is described as an action-oriented system for Actions, Habits, Goals, Analytics, and sharing.

The website explains the product logic, but does not replace the app itself.

In this phase, the website does not provide a direct web app for creating, syncing, or editing productive user data.

You may not misuse, disrupt, or use the website or app for unlawful purposes.

In particular, you may not attempt to bypass technical protections or gain unauthorized access to accounts, sync paths, or infrastructure.

Privacy-related information is described in the Privacy Policy and the data-processing pages.

The current product state includes a direct account deletion path inside the app. Associated Supabase data is removed through that path. Apple- and iCloud-related data remains governed by Apple and the relevant account settings.

The website and app may continue to evolve, be adjusted, or change in scope.

The website reflects the documented public product state, but does not guarantee an immutable feature list for all future versions.

In this phase, the website is provided as a public product, support, and legal surface.

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for outages, interruptions, or content inaccuracies that fall outside the documented product context.

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
